At KOMIGAN, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we manufacture. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and provide reliable after-sales support for all KOMIGAN lighting systems.


1. Warranty Coverage

All KOMIGAN products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, KOMIGAN will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product,

  • Replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal value, or

  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.


2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Product failures due to internal component malfunction.

  • Light output or motion sensor issues not caused by external damage.


3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation or wiring,

  • Accidents, negligence, or misuse,

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications,

  • Natural disasters, power surges, or water ingress beyond the product’s rated IP protection.

Products showing physical damage, signs of tampering, or improper use may not qualify for free replacement or repair.


4. Returns, Replacement & Repair

If your product requires service under warranty:

  1. Contact sales@komigan.com with proof of purchase and product details.

  2. Our support team will guide you through the troubleshooting or return process.

  3. Upon approval, the product should be returned in its original or secure packaging.

  4. Depending on the issue, KOMIGAN will repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to the customer.

For non-warranty issues (e.g., physical or user-caused damage), repair or replacement may be offered at a reasonable cost.


5. Shipping Costs

  • For valid warranty claims, KOMIGAN covers all standard shipping fees related to replacement or repair.

  • For non-warranty service or incorrect returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.


6. Warranty Transfer & Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
KOMIGAN’s liability under this policy shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
No reseller, agent, or third party is authorized to modify this warranty.
