1. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled within this period, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Once the product has been shipped or production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Customers will be charged for shipping costs only once per order (including returns). No restocking fees will apply for eligible returns.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
